Sie bestätigen, dass Sie den Inhalt (z. B. Videos, Fotos) selbst erstellt haben und berechtigt sind, uns die Nutzungsrechte zu gewähren.

🔄 Nutzungsrechte:
Sie gewähren vifogra eine unbefristete, unterlizenzierbare und übertragbare Lizenz, um den Inhalt in allen Medienformaten und Kanälen zu verwenden, zu bearbeiten und zu verbreiten. Dies umfasst auch die Möglichkeit, den Inhalt unseren Medienpartnern zur Verfügung zu stellen.

💡 Urheberrechte bleiben bei Ihnen:
Auch wenn Sie uns die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung Ihres Inhalts geben, bleiben Sie Eigentümer der Urheberrechte. Sie können Ihren Inhalt weiterhin selbst nutzen oder anderen die Nutzung gestatten.

📛 Namensnennung (Credit):
Auf Wunsch geben wir gerne einen Credit an, um Sie als Urheber des Inhalts zu nennen. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, wie der Credit aussehen soll, z. B. Ihren Namen oder Ihren Social-Media-Handle.

What does it mean when you give us permission to use your content?

By allowing us to use your content, you agree to the following:
📸 Authorship:
You confirm that you have created the content (e.g., videos, photos) yourself and are authorized to grant us the usage rights.

🔄 Usage Rights:
You grant vifogra a perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, edit, and distribute the content in all media formats and channels. This also includes the ability to provide the content to our media partners.

💡 Your Copyright Remains Yours:
Even though you grant us permission to use your content, you remain the owner of the copyright. You can continue to use your content yourself or grant others permission to use it.

📛 Credit:
If desired, we are happy to give credit to you as the creator of the content. Please let us know how you would like the credit to appear, e.g., your name or social media handle.
